We train you or your staff on your own machines, at your
own place. This makes you more comfortable and ensures you
make your computer obey you. It also saves travelling time.
This ensures that your investment in training is cost effective

Staff Development
Making sure that you are getting the best from your staff
through re-skilling is our speciality. Today, 'flexibility'
is important, and we can flex your staff for you! The benefits
of having a well-trained and confident workforce will take

Tailormade
We teach what you want to know. We won't waste time going
over familiar ground. Rita Wilson Associates' (RWA's) goal

We teach when it suits you. Our trainers are available 24
hours a day, seven days a week. So you can have shift workers
trained or book training for quiet periods.
Feeling Frightened?
We do understand that lots of people are worried by computers.
They won't break! We will be sensitive and supportive, enabling
you to take control and to benefit from the wonderful opportunities
computers offer. One of our trainees, Jean Lewis, wrote, "The

our sessions are fun.
Too Old?
Many of our trainers were at school before computers were
common. We recognise that you may feel challenged by something
a grandchild is expert at! RWA trainers specialise in helping
the more mature to acquire the skills to get the most from
the machine. Employers increasingly recognise the benefit
of retaining experienced staff and recruiting returners to
work. You can enhance your employees' abilities, confidence
and motivation by offering them RWA training.
Lifeline
After training, you are welcome to contact RWA with any queries
or problems. This is part of our service. Lucy Afshar commented,

away.'
Charging
We charge for the trainer - not per delegate. (We prefer
a maximum of 6-8 for group training.) As we come to you, you
don't have to fork out for travel and accommodation for each
member of staff.
Databases and Spreadsheets
If you don't want to produce these, we can design, produce
and maintain them for you.

The scope - especially with the World Wide Web and the Internet
- is vast. You can research your market sector and your competitors;
read free business reports; e-mail your family in Australia;
hunt for a house the other side of the country and get the

A new service from RWA is MousePointer
Manuals. If you've ever battled to learn how to do something
simple in Microsoft Office, you may have discovered how unhelpful
the 'Help' function can be!
These MousePointer Manuals - usually about 10 pages - take
you through each stage. Colour pictures of the screen show
you what to expect you'll see as you proceed. Plain English
is used throughout and prices are very competitive.
